a decidedly average hotel experience
small gymslow bar
The gym was quite small. it only had a few pieces of equipment. A treadmill and some free weights. the promised city views from the rooftop terrace were mostly blocked by taller buildings nearby, so that was a real letdown! the bar service was often slow. I waited almost twenty minutes for a simple cocktail one evening.

The room decor displayed tasteful choices. My Double Room Raval had a spacious layout. The location proved convenient for accessing the Gothic Quarter on foot.. The staff provided warm and friendly service. I appreciated the handwritten note and brownie provided for my birthday. It was a nice touch. The rooftop pool offered a quiet retreat. It featured perfect design and a nice view.
The English tv channel selection seemed LIMITED.

The hotel's proximity to the Universitat metro station was a GREAT advantage. The staff quickly retrieved my item I had left behind. Service in the restaurant proved perfect, I enjoyed it. The rooms are very clean and they feature modern amenities.
The breakfast options felt somewhat limited! though the room size was adequate.

the staff were genuinely kind. miss stefanny coli explained all details, including hotel facilities and dining. the room was immaculate and beautifully designed. i found personalized notes and chocolates (such a good touch) daily. these were thoughtful gestures .
i noticed the guest lounge on the mezzanine floor was unused. during my stay, i never saw any guests there. besides the room and pool, i didn't utilize other facilities.
